We are delighted to share the benefits of mindfulness with you and a variety of ways to either begin or deepen your mindfulness practices.
Enhanced mindfulness has been proven to ameliorate symptoms associated with stress, depression and anxiety. Research has shown that mindfulness practices can also have a positive impact on pain management, hypertension and other chronic ailments. We have also noted an increase in creativity and general sense of well-being among those who practice mindfulness.
We know there are many avenues to greater mindfulness. In our classes, groups and workshops we teach and practice techniques such as:
